I brought a mate down from London who was giving it the usual “all scousers are common.”   I kicked off saying that Liverpool wasn’t like that anymore and to look at the Dock and all the new business and flats. Then from behind me a girl of about 17 shouts at her toddler “Chantelle, get in ere yer little b*stard.”
